SoftwareDue to the nature of web-based software sales we will not be able to offer refunds for any software products purchased online.
HardwareWe will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) only under the following circumstances:
- If you have a received a defective product.
- If you received the incorrect item.
Please contact us and obtain an RMA prior to shipping. Product must be complete, with all original packaging and in resellable condition. A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns / refunds (excluding mis-shipments and DOA replacements).
CEI Online Webstore Upgrade Policy
- If the software product you own is over 60 days old then it is considered a charged update.
- If you have owned your current CEI product less than 60 days and received an old version then please contact CEI directly for upgrade/password information. You will need to show proof of purchase by faxing a copy of your invoice or email a scan of your invoice and be registered for eligibility.
